Test It On Your Broker Before You Pay
Bedrock Algo licenses a portfolio of independent trading systems for NinjaTrader 8, written for CME futures. Download a backtest-only version of any system, run it in your own NinjaTrader against your own data, and see the exact edge for yourself — no payment, no live risk.
B2B software licence only. Not investment advice. Trading involves risk of loss. The backtest demo runs in the NinjaTrader Strategy Analyzer only — it is not a live-tradeable build. Currently in pre-launch; no purchase is being offered.
The Power Is in the Portfolio
No single algorithm carries your account. Five independent systems, each engineered for a different market condition, combine into one licensed portfolio — built for consistency across regimes, not a lucky streak in one.
The systems are deliberately different, not five versions of one idea: trend-following, counter-trend and intermarket approaches, all executed on CME futures through NinjaTrader, constructed to run with low or negative correlation to each other. That correlation structure is the product — not a promise that every period will be smooth.
The Bedrock Algo Portfolio
Systems built to be structurally different from one another, not five bets on the same idea. Trend-following, counter-trend and intermarket logic, combined for low correlation rather than duplicated risk.
Metrics shown are backtested performance across historical out-of-sample data, not live trading results. Licensing is not yet open — request the free backtest demo below and test it yourself.
A Single Algo Bets. A Portfolio Compounds.
Most vendors sell you one strategy and hope the market cooperates. Bedrock Algo licenses a set of them, each built for a different regime, so no single bad month defines the outcome.
Running a single algo
IllustrativeIts bad quarter is your bad quarter.
- One strategy, one market regime
- A drawdown hits the full account, unhedged
- A single bad month defines the result
- No structural diversification
Running a portfolio
IllustrativeThe flat months rarely land on top of each other.
- Trend-following, counter-trend and intermarket logic side by side
- Weak correlation by design — not a promise that every system moves opposite the others
- A bad month is one input among five differently built systems
- Diversification by construction, not by adding more of the same
Switch the systems on and off
Same period, same position sizing. The only thing that changes is how many systems run at once.
These curves demonstrate how correlation and averaging behave across a set of systems. They are not the results of the licensed portfolio — those are in the table above, with the note on how they were produced.
Why I Built Bedrock Algo
Hi, I'm Lewin. I spent years testing trading systems the hard way — buying algos that looked flawless on a sales page and fell apart the moment they hit my own data. Bedrock Algo is the opposite of that.
Everything I build, I show on my YouTube channel: the logic, the backtests, the failures included. This site is where you can take those same systems, drop them into your own NinjaTrader Strategy Analyzer, and see the numbers on your own data — before you ever pay a cent.
No black boxes. No profit fantasies. Just systems you can verify yourself.
What Most Vendors Don't Tell You
A lot of the retail algo market runs on Martingale or grid systems with unlimited exposure, or on a single file with hundreds of parameters and no real guidance on how to set it up safely. Bedrock Algo is built differently, on purpose.
A portfolio of independent, low-correlation systems
Usually a single algo — one strategy, one bet
Fixed risk per trade and hard exposure limits, no Martingale or unlimited grid doubling
Often Martingale or grid-based — position size increases into losses, exposure can spiral
Fully documented, pre-set parameters — import and run
Hundreds of adjustable parameters handed over, with no clear guidance on which combination is safe
CME futures, priced by a regulated exchange rather than a broker's own book
CFD pricing set by the broker, where execution quality varies from account to account
Out-of-sample tested across years of data before going live
Often a curve-fit backtest only, optimised on the same data it is tested on
Free backtest-only demo — test on your own data before you pay
Pay upfront and hope it works
General market observations, not a claim about any specific competitor. Always review a vendor's documentation and risk model before licensing.
The Philosophy Behind the Portfolio
None of the choices below are arbitrary. Some exist to protect your account. A few exist to filter out people who aren't actually a fit for this — on purpose.
Why a portfolio, not one algo
A single strategy is one bet on one type of market behaviour. If that behaviour stops working, even for a few months, the whole account feels it. A portfolio spreads that bet across systems built to succeed in different conditions, so no single miss defines the outcome.
Why we mix strategy types
Trend-following makes money when markets move in one direction. Counter-trend and mean-reversion make money when they don't. Intermarket systems trade the relationship between markets instead of a single chart. Mixing types — instead of running five versions of the same idea — is what actually lowers correlation.
Why no Martingale, and why exposure is capped
Martingale and uncapped grid systems increase position size after a loss to average down. They can produce a long, smooth-looking equity curve right up until a losing streak — statistically rare, but not impossible — wipes out the account in one move. These systems size positions the same way regardless of the last trade's outcome, avoid large leverage, and every system carries a hard cap on total exposure.
Why you test it before you pay
Most vendors want your money before you have seen anything real. Here it is the other way round: every system is available as a backtest-only build you run in your own NinjaTrader, on your own data, before a single euro changes hands. If the edge isn't there on your setup, you'll know — and you won't have paid to find out.
Why futures, and not CFDs
A CFD broker sets its own prices, and a system's real results depend heavily on execution quality. CME futures are priced by a regulated exchange, so the fills you test against are the fills everyone else gets. The code is written for NinjaTrader and futures traders.
If you still want it on a CFD account
The trades can be mirrored from NinjaTrader to a CFD account with external copier software. That runs on your side and is not part of the licence — the systems are built, tested and supported on futures.
Commit Only After the Proof
Test the systems free first. If the numbers hold up on your data, pick a term — the longer you commit, the less you pay per month.

Why there's no monthly plan
A single month is noise — a drawdown can last weeks, so judging a system that fast measures luck, not quality. Three months is the shortest honest test, and that's the point.
Founding rates are reserved for early testers and lock in once licensing opens — nothing is for sale yet. Each term renews automatically for the same length unless cancelled before it ends; there is no monthly plan. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Before You Test It Yourself
Not yet — final testing is still running before licensing opens. Everyone who requests the backtest demo is notified first and gets priority access, ahead of any public announcement.
A backtest-only build of each system for NinjaTrader 8, plus the settings and instrument setup. You load it into your own Strategy Analyzer and run it against your own historical data.
The demo build refuses to place orders outside the Strategy Analyzer. It exists so you can verify the edge, not so you can trade the licence for free.
Neither. This is a B2B software licence. No trades are placed for you, no account is managed, and no capital moves through Bedrock Algo.
It stays in your own account with your own broker. You keep full control and can switch every system off at any time.
CME futures are priced by a regulated exchange rather than a broker's own book, so the fills you test against are the ones everyone else gets. The code is written for NinjaTrader and for futures traders.
Yes, with external copier software that runs on your side. That is your setup, not part of the licence — the systems are built, tested and supported on futures.
No. You get compiled, documented systems with fixed parameters. The logic is explained on the YouTube channel; the implementation stays with the licence.
No. You run the systems yourself on your own platform, which is what keeps this a software licence rather than a managed service.
For the intraday systems, yes. A machine that sleeps or drops its connection will miss entries. A VPS close to the data servers is part of the guided onboarding.

No. A single month is noise — a drawdown can last weeks. Three months is the shortest honest test.
